Returns/Exchanges are accepted if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

  • You inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item is unused and returned in original packaging with tags and invoice.

Return Process:

  1. Email us at returns@paviajewels.in with your order number and product pictures.

  2. Our team will verify and arrange reverse pickup.

  3. Once received and inspected, we will initiate the refund or replacement.

Refund Timelines:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or engraved jewellery

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sales (unless damaged)
