  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • For made-to-order or customized jewelry, processing may take 5–10 business days
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • India: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors such as logistics delays or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders
  • A nominal fee may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email
  • You can track your order in real-time through our courier partner

5. Packaging

  • All jewelry is packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging
  • We ensure discreet and safe delivery to protect your valuables

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times
  • If delivery fails, the product will be returned to us
  • Re-shipping may incur additional charges

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
    • Weather conditions
    • Logistics issues
    • Government restrictions
  • In case of lost shipments, we will:
    • Investigate with the courier partner
    • Provide a replacement or refund (as applicable)
